ciro totku’s cambodian adventure
posted by the scholar on July 20th, 2007filed under: art, artists, photography
look at these intriguing photos from graphic designer ciro totku.
he was born in moscow but now lives in sihanoukville, a seaside village in cambodia.
ciro received his first camera at age ten (hmm, just like phil toledano) from his parents.
although selective use of color is a leitmotif here, ciro also has some compelling black and white photos.
austere, abstract and intense.
more photos and a tiny bit of info about ciro here.

Hi, just come across your site whilst searching for more of Ciro’s work. I find his work inspiring, amazing in it’s simplicity!
I live in Sihanoukville but have yet to bump into him.
Thank you for the images.
