i know i’m probably one of the last three people in the world who watches e/r, and i’m not ashamed to say it. this powder coated steel storylines wall shelf from dutch interior and product design house frederik roije reminds me of the heart monitor they frequently hook up to patients on the show, but it actually was inspired by soundwaves; specifically, the word bliss.

use it vertically or horizontally in singles or multiples for shelving, or simply place it on a wall to create some hanging interest.

it’s available in four different colors, measures 35″ x 8″ x 11″and sells for $319 at generate.

Funny, I’ve gotten back into watching E/R lately. For a couple of years, our rabbit ears only picked up ABC, so many a dramatic E/R storyline, we missed out on. Lately we’ve been watching it again. Is Abby a miserable mess or what?!
Anywho, these wall shelves are cool. I love the background of being the sound wave of bliss, almost more than the shape itself. The extent to people’s creativity is really awe inspiring. I’m not sure which way I prefer, horizontal or vertical. Touch call.

Oops, “tough” call. I had one of those “nooooooooooo” moments as I hit the submit comment button.

    hi bri,

if you haven’t been watching er for a while then you missed the part where abby was actually semi happy and functioning! now she is once again dysfunctional.

i agree with you, knowing that the shelf came from the soundwaves of bliss is a really nice tidbit to have.

    thanks for the comment!
