miraentuinterior wall decals

i enjoy bold graphics, so i really like all the wall decals that are floating around the universe right now, because it gives you a relatively inexpensive and noncommittal way to add drama to your interiors. i am especially infatuated with this knitting hands wall decal from barcelona’s witty miraentuinterior – and i don’t even knit! of course if i put this up in my soon-to-be-converted craft room, maybe that would change…
it’s offered in 24 different colors on their website, and you can see from up above that you also have the option of placing a variety of background colors behind the graphic to help visualize it on your own wall.
truth be told, all their designs are super cool.

hi sosser,
i think any of these would be so fun to put up on some expanse of wall. i especially love the curvy tree and their other flower and bird motifs.
thanks for the visit!

I love the curvy tree too! Fun on a kid’s wall too. They could be a jumping off point to tweak as well. The knitting hands would be great for a craft room. I don’t spend nearly as much time as I should, knitting and crocheting and that would be good inspiration.

hi bri,
i am intrigued by the knitting hands and knitting in general because i wonder if it would be a craft that i could completely focus on. i am trying to get back to my good old obsessive days of focusing on one thing at a time instead of what i am doing now, which is stop something and start another thing and not dedicate proper time and attention to either! or maybe it’s just the season…
anyway, i am glad you stopped by – thanks for the comment! 🙂

Gigi, if you are a total novice, I would recommend crochet before knitting. It’s simpler, easier to understand what you are doing, and much easier to fix mistakes. I taught myself from Debbie Stoller’s Stitch ‘n’ Bitch The Happy Hooker. Just my suggestion. It’s quite satisfying.
