hi paula,
believe it or not this was taken in between the cold and clammy noah’s ark-type rainstorms we encountered when we were in california a few months ago. this is what i want to remember of it!
thanks for the visit! 🙂

As I was scrolling down the page, Gigi, I thought….wait a minute…that looks like Sonoma County. Sure ’nuff. It really is spectacular how the mustard flowers are so exuberant. The trees all over the county are in enthusiastic bloom now as well. Everywhere you go, shades of pink and white in the trees and all over the ground.

hi bri!
why did i think you were camping now???
yep, you got it – our brief sojourn to he valley and the 6 hours of sun we got when we were there. not that i’m complaining – it’s not so much the weather but the wide open spaces that are the hook for me…
ahhhh, natural shades of pink and white. it’s inspiring and hopeful, isn’t it? we don’t even have out crocuses up here yet. boo.
thanks for stopping by!
